YOU MAY STILL FIND YOURSELF;
second-guessing your decisions
seeking approval
repeating familiar patterns
struggling to trust your own knowing
hiding parts of yourself
feeling disconnected from your purpose
knowing there is more within you, but not knowing how to express it.
The Inner Journey is not about becoming someone else.
It is about removing what prevents you from fully becoming you.
It is the ongoing process of turning inward to understand yourself, heal what needs healing, reclaim your inner authority, consciously create your life and express more fully who you are.
It is not an escape from life.
It is a deeper way of meeting it.
And it unfolds through four movements: Awake, Heal, Create & Shine
AWAKE
BECOME CONSCIOUS.
Begin to see yourself.
Your beliefs.
Your patterns.
Your conditioning.
Your stories.
Your emotions.
The ways you have learned to see
yourself and the world.
Because what we become conscious of,
we can begin to choose.

The words you use may be revealing more than you realise.
Word Codex® is my distinctive body of work exploring the relationship between:
WORDS → NUMBERS → FREQUENCY → MEANING
It grew from my fascination with language and the deeper stories encoded within the words we use — particularly the words we use to describe ourselves.
Because language doesn't simply communicate our experience.
It can reveal the stories through which we experience ourselves.
Word Codex® offers another lens through which to explore identity, meaning, consciousness and the reality we are creating.
[DISCOVER WORD CODEX®]

There comes a point when the answers you've been searching for outside yourself begin to lead you somewhere else.
Inward.
You may have done the personal growth work.
You may understand your patterns.
You may have healed parts of your past.
You may have read the books, explored spirituality, worked on yourself and searched for your purpose.
And yet something inside may still be asking:
Who am I really?
Not who I was taught to be.
Not who others need me to be.
Not who I became to feel safe, loved or accepted.
But who am I beneath it all?
This is where the Inner Journey begins.
Awake • Heal • Create • Shine

[BEGIN YOUR INNER JOURNEY]
YOU MAY STILL FIND YOURSELF;
- second-guessing your decisions
- seeking approval
- repeating familiar patterns
- struggling to trust your own knowing
- hiding parts of yourself
- feeling disconnected from your purpose
- knowing there is more within you, but not - knowing how to express it.
You can understand your childhood.
Know your patterns.
Recognise your triggers.
Read the books.
Do the healing.
Become more conscious.
And still find yourself:
- second-guessing your decisions
- seeking approval
- repeating familiar patterns
- struggling to trust your own knowing
- hiding parts of yourself
- feeling disconnected from your purpose
- knowing there is more within you,
but not knowing how to express it.
Because awareness is not the same as transformation.
And healing is not the end of the journey.
At some point, the question changes.
It becomes:
What will I do with who I am becoming?

It doesn't end when you heal.
Healing creates the foundation.
Creation gives you agency.
Expression gives your life form.
The deeper journey is from:
Self-doubt → Self-trust
Inner confusion → Clarity
Wounded healer → Self-leader
Seeking yourself → Being yourself
Knowing who you are → Living who you are
This is the work I teach because it is the work I continue to live.
You don't need to have it all figured out.
You don't need to know exactly where you're going.
You simply need to be willing to turn inward.

There are many personal reasons to seek a spiritual mentor. You may be looking for ongoing support on your path; or maybe you're a healer, community or spiritual leader looking for someone to help you on your journey. If you feel a calling but don't know where to start, or maybe feel lost or stuck and need some guidance, a spiritual mentor could be the perfect helping hand you need.
Each session is fluid and intuitive, it totally depends on what you need. Relaxation and focused breathing are essential tools to help you open up and be present for what arises in the moment.
Divine energy flows through mutual openness and guides us into the lesson to be learned. In general, you must trust the process. You are welcome to come in with questions, however they often become less important once the session has begun. Sometimes you may feel uncomfortable but this is imply a sign of what you are already carrying inside. It's important to bring attention to your discomfort to help dissolve the ego.
Healing does occur in sessions, but I strongly encourage anyone with severe trauma to work with a trained professional. The spiritual work I offer is not intended to be a resolution to trauma.
My sessions are packaged for 3, 6 or 12 months. Please inquire for pricing.
A long term commitment to a spiritual mentor is important in order for real change to occur. To see a real breakthrough, it's important to stick with one mentor who knows you and can guide you through changes.
Whether or not you will experiencing awakening is dependent on the choices you make. You must actively choose to go deeper inwards, and sometimes it's helpful to have someone who can do that with you.
There are a whole realm of spiritual growth that you can experience when two bright souls sit in a space of connection. So for those who have completed healing, there is space for growth and joy in ways that you can not imagine.
This term refers to people who are not looking for a spiritual teacher to resolve their issues, but rather looking for a way around them. This creates problems when they don't want to address the issue or address minor issues to avoid the real ones.
Spiritual awakening describes the subjective experience of an individual's ego transcending their ordinary self, to encompass a wider and infinite sense of truth or reality. It refers to a call to a higher consciousness and deeper mental awareness. When someone experiences a spiritual awakening it brings about personal transformation and a shift in one's mental framework. Essentially, it is like waking up from a dream.
After a session you may have a lot of stirred up emotions. It may feel really good, or possibly messy and confusing. In the 2 to 3 days after a session, be mindful of your self care. Ensure you are meditating, journaling, or doing whatever it is you do for yourself, in order to not break the momentum of the inner work you are doing.
Both terms are often used interchangeably. However, in this circumstance, coaching refers to a shorter term relationship, aimed toward people who are feeling stuck and will usually end when a client realises what they need to do to move forward. Whereas, mentoring is much more informal and open-ended and exists long term. They are also based on the fact that a mentor will have a specific set of skills that they can impart onto the mentee.
What are the most important qualities you would seek in a spiritual mentor?
The most important qualities I think are respect, presence, patience, kindness, openness and loving compassion.
To guide another person I must fully respect the others path they are taking with complete integrity. I hold space for another, listening fully and mind and heart, and soul without any judgement or preconception about what should happen for you or what you should do.
The mentoree needs to know and trust that I am on their side and support them fully support their dream and their path no matter what it is and what the challenges are.
Each person is a star and deserves the same attention and support . without any judgement or preconception about what should happen for you next.
I never have a preconceived agenda or goal in mind for all clients. My work is based off of each individual clients journey and where they are currently at. I use a variety of tools to integrate body, mind and spirit; and ensure that I am fully present, centred and connected with spirit to tune in to what each client needs in that moment. You will have a personalised roadmap to help you achieve your goals.
Origin Activation, was created to help people break free from what limits them in life and business. It’s a powerful, energetic healing modality that allows people to open themselves up to all 13 dimensions of the Universe. It is the most effective and powerful energetic tool that I choose to use with my clients.
There are many personal reasons to seek a spiritual mentor. You may typically look for a spiritual mentor to get ongoing support on your path. You might be a healer yourself, a community or spiritual leader looking for someone to walk with you for a while, in a sacred but non-religious and non-denominational context; you want more than 'just talking'.You may feel a calling but don't know where to start, or you may feel lost or stuck and need someone to guide you, someone to direct you.We would typically look at your soul purpose and uncovering the layers of that. Intuition, Connecting to your higher self, is the start.
A session is a fluid and intuitive connection where we connect and do whatever needs to arise. It totally depends on what you need and what I have to offer in that moment as to what arises. Relaxation and focused breathing are central tools to a session, and through relaxation a student opens so that they can see what arises in the present moment. Additionally, through mutual openness, the Divine energy flows, and we flow with it together into whatever lesson needs to be learned that dayAdditionally, we talk about whatever needs to be talked about. I may answer questions or I may not. I may be very talkative or very silent. You can bring questions that you may have, but oftentimes, they become less important once the session starts and the ego lets go of its incessant need to fill itself with information as a form of safety. In general, I ask you to trust the process. It’s not trusting me so much as what we’re joining together to create in the moment. At times, you may feel very comfortable or very uncomfortable, but this is simply a sign of what you are already carrying inside of you. I will often bring your attention to your discomfort so that our focused awareness can unearth what the unconscious ego is doing That’s part of how dissolving the ego goes. We inquire into your responses to see where the unconscious ego program comes from to help you release it and be free of its thought patterns, emotional patterns, and behavior patterns.
A lot of healing does happen in my sessions, but I strongly encourage anyone with trauma such as war trauma, sexual abuse, physical abuse, serious neglect, narcissistic abuse, abandonment, and other traumas to work with a trained professional. The spiritual work I offer is not meant to be a resolution to trauma, and spirituality should not be used as a bypass to one’s trauma. How Often Do You Do Sessions With a Student? For those who are making a long-term commitment with me, I typically work on a biweekly basis with a student, i.e. every two weeks.
My sessions are packages for 3, 6 or 12 months. Please inquire for pricing.
Amazingly enough, I have been a student to one particular teacher for more than 7 years.A long term commitment to a teacher is optiminal because most people do not commit long enough to make real change and breakthrough.People can get stuck on issues. There is just something about the inertia of unconsciousness that it doesn’t want to move. Even when one issue has cleared, most people tend to stabilize in some new form of stuckness.
Sometimes those of you who awaken are exceptions. That tends to be particularly true through the first couple of years when the floodgates are open and you are being pushed, pulled, and transformed in every way imaginable. Eventually, you do have to make a choice about going deeper inwards. It seems like spiritual awakening is like a lawnmower that mows down tons of weeds, but it rarely uproots them all. To go deeper means you have to choose to actively do so, and sometimes, it’s helpful to have someone who can do that with you. While I talk a lot about dealing with issues as central to most one-on-one sessions, I would also add that there are whole realms of amazing spiritual growth that can arise when two bright souls sit in a space of connection together. So for those of you where you’ve completed most of your healing, there is a whole other playground of opportunities out there for you. Sharing space with another being who is open and clear amplifies the growth and joy of that space in ways that you can not imagine.
However, I’ve learned that many people are trying to do a spiritual bypass–that by finding a spiritual teacher, they are not looking to resolve their issues. They are looking for a way around them. This creates all kinds of problems because surrender allows for all kinds of things to come up. So the issues that aren’t resolved still come up, but now there is little buy-in by the person to deal with them. Essentially, they don’t really want to address the issue, or perhaps they thought they could address other issues and skirt the real ones. And what’s worse, some people decide that their issues are signs of a spiritual awakening!
Spiritual awakening is a term given to describe a subjective experience in which an individual's ego transcends their ordinary, finite sense of self to encompass a wider, infinite sense of truth or realityIt quite literally is 'waking up' from a dream.Ultimately, you have to accept where you are. If you have had trauma(s), mental health issues, or general mental or emotional issues that need support, you need to get support specifically aimed for it.A Spiritual Awakening is a call to higher consciousness and deeper mental awareness. The process of spiritual awakening brings about personal transformation and a shift in one’s worldview. When someone goes through a spiritual awakening they experience a shift in their mental framework.
After a session, things may move internally. That can mean lots of stirred up emotions. It can feel really good for awhile, or it may get really messy and confusing for awhile. It’s important in especially the 2 to 3 days after a session to be really mindful of your self-care (meditation, coming back to awareness, journaling, breathwork, yoga, or whatever you are doing for yourself). Not being mindful can break the momentum of the inner work that you are doing, and it can make life more uncomfortable.
Coaching and mentoring are terms often used interchangeably, particularly in the context of business. After all, they do share certain similarities: both intend to bridge the gap between where a client is currently and where they would like to be and to help the client to make significant life changes. Both coaching and mentoring can spur individuals to greatness, using similar skills such as clear communication, active listening, and the ability to offer constructive feedback. In personal, or life coaching, clients often arrive feeling generally ‘stuck’ in some way or perhaps may have more concrete, delineated goals in mind, such as overcoming a fear of public speaking or wanting to be more assertive in their interpersonal relationships. Coaching relationships are often shorter term (around three to six months) and both parties move on when the client has learned what they need to know and has realised their goals. Of course, the coaching relationship can remain open-ended, with clients returning in the future if they need support around another issue.Relationships between a mentor and protégé, on the other hand, are usually more informal and open-ended and tend to exist over the long term, lasting six months to a year or more. They are also predicated on the assumption that the mentor has a specific set of skills, expertise or experience that he/she can impart onto the mentee.
Mentoring: The DefinitionA mentor is someone who shares their knowledge, skills and/or experience, to help another to develop and grow.Coaching: The DefinitionA coach is someone who provides guidance to a client on their goals and helps them reach their full potential.
Mentoring is often longer-term with some mentoring relationships lasting 6+ months and in several cases mentoring can last years or even decades. In fact, some famous mentors and mentees cite lifelong mentoring relationships. No qualifications are required for mentoring, which means that it is easy for organisations to start mentoring programmes quickly. Yes, mentoring training is often recommended but it certainly isn’t required and in fact there are very few mentoring qualifications offered, compared with that of coaching qualifications. As mentioned, mentoring is a lot more directive. It is about the mentor sharing their knowledge, experience and skills, telling the mentee and guiding them through direction.Typically, mentoring is less structured than coaching and whilst having a mentoring meeting agenda and goals is recommended, it will be up to the mentee to put this together, compared with coaching which typically follows a more rigorous structure. Finally, mentoring is mainly development driven and looks to the mentee to decide what they wish to achieve and which goals they have for their mentoring relationships.
Coaching is often shorter-term and may be as short as a quick 10- or 15-minute conversation. That said, some coaching relationships can be longer-term too. There is training in coaching skills and a lot of coaching qualifications are available, and almost always necessary and certainly recommended, to be a truly effective coach.Unlike mentoring, coaching is non-directive which means that it is about posing the right questions, providing the space, trust and confidence for the individual being coached to consider how they can achieve more, reach their objectives and find capabilities within themselves.Typically, coaching is structured by line-managers or sponsors, so organisations will often sponsor an individual to be coached or a line-manager will send an employee to be coached for certain skills.Coaching is performance driven and encourages the individual or individuals being coached to perform in their day-to-day roles. So, as you can see, there are lots of key differences. There are lots of skills required and recommended for both coaching and mentoring, which we will explore now too.

As a spiritual mentor I can't have a preconceived agenda, or end goal in mind for the client. I meet my clients where they are at. It is a relationship between both and generally the client is in charge of the process, generally speaking.I use a variety of tools that integrate body, mind and spirit.I make sure that I am fully present, centred, and connected wth spirit in order to tune in to what the mentoree needs exactly in each session, each moment. I don't have a set protocol or a formula that might be limiting and not corresponds to all to you need.I believe that you, as a client should be empowered, set free.I design each mentoring program – specifically tailored to your personal needs, as thy evolve from one week to another. So that you will have a personalized, authentic roadmap and a full toolbox (that will be yours only and will work with your life to keep growing on your path.
