Due to the immediate delivery of digital products, including ebooks, workbooks, downloadable resources, journals and templates:

access is generally provided immediately following payment;

products are licensed for personal use only;

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Coaching & Mentoring

Refunds for coaching or mentoring programs are assessed in accordance with the terms of the specific program or written agreement.

16. Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a mentoring session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.

Sessions missed without reasonable notice may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative appointment as soon as reasonably practicable.

We value trust and confidentiality.

Information shared during mentoring sessions is treated respectfully and confidentially unless disclosure is:

necessary to prevent serious harm;

authorised by you.

Likewise, you agree to respect the confidentiality of any group programs or community spaces by not sharing another participant's personal information without their permission.
